Gerry has over 30 years experience in the technology industry, both as a Founder, CEO and Investor. His major expertise and focus, is within Data, Analytics, Enterprise software and FinTech. He has been co/founder/executive of major companies, two of which had successful IPO’s and two had onward strategic sales, notable mentions include TIBCO, NEON , Privitar, Reuters, First Derivatives and KX.  As an investor focused on data related start-ups he has guided companies through all stages and he also been involved with various exits, including Form3, Quantile, RxData Science, and Ocula Technologies.  Gerry has a rare combination of a strong global technology and investor network, combined with a deep understanding of execution across R&D, Strategy, Sales and Marketing.

Mike has over 35 years’ experience in traded financial markets, risk management, VC/PE investing and board representation. Mike was Global Head of Markets and a Group General Manager at HSBC after a 25-year career based in both Asia and London.  After leaving HSBC in 2008 Mike successfully invested in, and advised, a number of technology companies
including; Fixnetix, Smart Trade, FinEx Capital, ECM, Vallum, Privitar, VeridiumID and Elwood. Mike has been a long serving non-executive director of two PE funds; Jadwa Investments and Fajr Capital and Chairs the investment committee of Jadwa Investments. Mike has an MBA, is FCA registered and a qualified director.

Graham has over 30 years’ experience in the financial and technology markets, corporate governance and venture investing in technology-based companies. Graham joined the board of FD Technologies in 2008 as Chief Financial Officer and played a fundamental role in development and delivery of the growth strategy for the 
business whose revenue grew 25 times during his tenure. During his career he has been extensively involved in
corporate acquisitions, restructurings, developing strategic partnerships, investment activities and latterly 
established and ran the FD Technologies Venture Fund. He formerly held senior roles with KPMG, Bank of Ireland and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Kevin has over 10 years’ experience in working with large enterprises through to innovative startups across operations, business development, sales, fundraising, marketing, and finance. Kevin helped establish and co-lead the team responsible for a Corporate Venture Capital Fund which sought to provide management teams with the technology and capital to bring disruptive ideas to market in a more timely and innovative manner.  Formerly held roles in Europe, AsiaPac and the US which has led to his network spanning several industries on a global basis. Kevin is currently in the process of obtaining an MBA from Queen’s University.  He is based in Ireland, with regular visits to London and North America.
